Information we process

Depending on how you use the service, this can include:

  • Account information such as your email address, login identity and account identifier.
  • Business/store details and records you enter, including products, stock, SKUs, sale and refund records, costs, fees, expenses and generated documents.
  • Customer and supplier contact details you choose to add.
  • Product images and other files you choose to upload.
  • Authentication and technical information necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Do not upload sensitive identity documents, passwords or financial account credentials into inventory or customer notes. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to store your customers' and suppliers' information.

How it is used

We use information to provide authentication and account access; store and sync your records; calculate business summaries; generate exports and documents; maintain security; respond to support or deletion requests; and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your business records to provide consumer loans or banking services. SellerTracker is not a payment processor or tax filing service.

Service providers and other parties

SellerTracker uses service providers to operate the service, including cloud authentication, database and file storage services such as Supabase. Optional third-party login through Google or Apple is subject to their own authentication practices. Device-level sharing of exports occurs when you choose to share or save documents.

We do not sell your inventory, customer or sales information to advertisers. We may disclose limited information where required by law, to protect security or to provide requested support.

Security and retention

The service is designed to use encrypted network connections and account-based access controls. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be risk-free.

We retain account and business records while your account remains active and as necessary to provide the service. If an account is deleted, associated data is scheduled for deletion, subject to any applicable legal obligation or legitimate exception. Where records must be retained for legal, security or dispute purposes, they are limited to the necessary information and kept only for the applicable legally required period. We will explain any specific retention exception when processing a request. Locally downloaded exports and copies held by third parties are outside the service's ability to erase automatically.

Before launch: the final retention schedules for system backups, logs and any future billing records must be verified against the production infrastructure and applicable law.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or erasure of your personal information, or object to processing. Requests may require reasonable identity verification. For users protected by GDPR, we generally respond within one month, subject to permitted extensions and exceptions.

To request account deletion directly, visit Delete Account. You may also contact support@sellertracker.app. You may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
