Request permanent account deletion

You can request deletion of your SellerTracker account and its associated data from this page, even if you no longer have the app installed. You do not need to log into the app to make the request.

Request account deletion

Enter the email used for your SellerTracker account. We will register your request and arrange identity verification before any data is deleted. You do not need to install or sign in to the app.

This form does not immediately delete your account. A verified member of the support team must validate ownership and carry out the deletion process. Never enter your password or a one-time security code.

What happens next?

  1. Submit the form above using the email linked to your SellerTracker account. Keep the request reference displayed on successful submission.
  2. Our team will review the request and may ask for reasonable identity verification to protect your account from unauthorised deletion. Never include your password or one-time codes.
  3. Once verified and approved, account and associated user data will be processed for deletion in line with applicable law. We will explain any lawful exceptions.
  4. We will respond within the time limits required by applicable privacy law, normally one month under GDPR, subject to permitted extensions.

What data is included?

A full account deletion request covers data associated with your SellerTracker account, including:

  • Profile, sign-in identity and linked store records.
  • Product, inventory and stock information.
  • Sales, refunds, expenses, fees and generated business records stored in the service.
  • Customer and supplier information linked to your stores.
  • Uploaded product photographs and other account-linked stored assets.

Files you previously exported or shared outside SellerTracker, such as PDFs saved on your device or sent to other people, cannot be removed from those external locations by deleting your account.

Information that may be kept

Where a legal obligation requires retention (for example, limited accounting, payment or tax records), or where necessary for a valid legal claim, fraud prevention or security, only the necessary records may be kept for the period required by applicable law. We will identify the data category and applicable retention period if such an exception applies to your request. We do not treat account deactivation as account deletion.

If you have an active subscription when deletion is requested, you may also need to cancel it through the relevant app store. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel third-party store billing.
